New Client Onboarding Information

On behalf of Mid Atlantic Social Media & Marketing I want to WELCOME you aboard! Our #1 priority is to build solid relationships with our clients while we help build your marketing program. Marketing is our passion and we look forward to working with you to build and grow your online presence!

Below are the items we need & questions to be answered. Please fill this out as completely as possible and email any requested collateral as soon as you can. We work quickly so the sooner we get this info from you, the sooner we can begin working on your campaign!

NOTE: even if some of the below has been discussed with Mac or another team member, please answer all questions completely as some team members may not be privy to past discussions and will need this info in setting up your marketing program, thank you.

*Let me know if you have any questions on how to do this at the message option below -we will not begin ANY activity on the page until all info is received but the sooner we are added, the sooner we will begin auditing the page for activity for the previous 90-day period (VITAL for our future campaign efforts).
*For this section, I would suggest only listing those services you wish to focus on. Those that are most profitable and in highest demand.
Be as specific as possible and create a list for 3 types of clients per the below suggestions:
*PRIORITY TARGET MARKET (your most profitable and easiest to service client)
*GENERAL TARGET MARKET (this group is as it sounds, a larger potential group but may not be regular clients and may not be highly profitable)
*LOWEST PRIORITY MARKET (while we won’t ever use language to EXCLUDE any group, it is valuable to know demographics of those who would be the lowest priority for your marketing.)
*This could be your elevator pitch, but focus on being concise and as TO THE POINT as possible

Once we get your responses and files we will get to work. You can expect your new graphic headers for your Facebook page to be completed and delivered within 72 hours of receiving all info. I do recommend you keep posting on your page, but would say no more than 2 posts by YOU per week-personal messaging will certainly keep a higher activity rate than articles/general messaging, but we want to get the audience used to the overall resource the page will become as well.

One way to really KICKSTART the activity will be through a contest. Contest PRIZES are offered by you, and we recommend something tangible such as a $50 (or higher amount) Amazon Online Gift Card (these can be emailed and are valued by almost everyone. We will let you know when an initial contest will kick off and let US know a prize amount asap so we have that info when we are ready to start announcing the first contest.
